Forum.talkomatic.co is an upcoming feature of the Talkomatic platform, currently in early development. It aims to provide a dedicated space for community discussions and threaded conversations, complementing the real-time chat experience of Talkomatic.co.

Development Status[]

As of September 2024, the Forums feature is still under active development and has not been fully released to the public. The current version visible at forum.talkomatic.co is a prototype based on a MyBB template. It's important to note that the final version is expected to change significantly in terms of design, features, and functionality.

History[]

July 2024: The concept of adding Forums to Talkomatic was proposed by Singus, who created initial design concepts for the feature.
July-August 2024: Mohd Mahmodi, the owner and developer of Talkomatic.co, began work on a prototype of the Forums feature, developing it alongside the Profiles feature.
September 12, 2024: Mohd Mahmodi deployed an early version of Forums, but did not make a public announcement. This soft launch allowed for initial testing and feedback from a small group of users.

Planned Features[]

While the final feature set is still being determined, some potential features for Forum.talkomatic.co include:

1. Integration with Talkomatic chat rooms for seamless user experience

2. Custom forum categories tailored to the Talkomatic community
